By accessing the website of SP Specialty Ingredients (accessible at www.spspecialty.com), requesting product samples, accessing Certificate of Analysis (COA) records, or submitting commercial requirements, you acknowledge that you are acting on behalf of a registered corporate entity, laboratory, or manufacturing enterprise and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2Product Catalogue & Technical Disclaimers
Our online catalogue features 130+ specialty chemical and formulation raw materials, including CAS numbers, INCI names, and typical applications.
Product specifications, Technical Data Sheets (TDS), and Certificates of Analysis (COA) presented on this portal represent typical lot parameters provided by manufacturing principals. Customers are obligated to conduct independent laboratory validation, formulation compatibility checks, and stability studies to confirm the ingredient's suitability for their specific finished formulations.
3Transparent Commercial Quotations (Zero Hidden Fees)
SP Specialty Ingredients maintains a strict policy of commercial transparency.
- Zero Hidden Surcharges: All official commercial price indications are provided via formal Proforma Invoices or written Quotations.
- Itemized Elements: Base product rate per kilogram/drum, applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST in India), packaging specifications, and logistics/freight terms (Ex-Works Bhiwandi, FOR Destination, or CIF) are explicitly itemized.
- Sample Evaluation: Standard technical evaluation sample quantities for qualified R&D teams are provided complimentary, with shipping/handling clearly communicated in advance.
4Warehouse Logistics & Material Inspection
Materials are stored, handled, and dispatched under strict quality controls from our FDA-approved 2,000 sq. m logistics hub in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.
Buyers or their authorized logistics carriers must inspect packaging integrity and temperature indicators (where applicable) upon physical handover. Any claims relating to transit damage or quantity variances must be reported within five (5) business days of consignment delivery.
5Intellectual Property & Licensing Disclosure
The content, technical catalogues, branding, trade names, custom editorial photography, and website design are proprietary assets of SP Specialty Ingredients or licensed from our manufacturing principals:
- Typography: Open-source web fonts (Plus Jakarta Sans, JetBrains Mono) licensed under the SIL Open Font License / Apache License.
- Technical Data: COAs and product specifications are provided for confidential customer R&D evaluation only and may not be republished without written authorization.
6Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, SP Specialty Ingredients shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from product formulation failures, regulatory rejections of finished goods, or supply delays due to force majeure events, customs import clearance delays, or maritime freight disruptions.
7Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any commercial transactions arising from this portal shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
